They were operating under the brand name of - 147 Spring - before the rebrand & their USP was handmade soaps made using spring water from the hot springs of Arkansas. But due to restrictions on the use of water from these natural hot water springs & limitation caused by the name to not be able to include products without hot spring water, they considered rebranding.
After 2 session of branding strategy spanning across 2 days, lots of scribbling, asking questions & uncovering insights, we were able to define the naming, target audience, market positioning & USP of the brand.
After discussing with their Head of Marketing - Mr. Akhil Saraf, we started a Market Sophistication Analysis to determine the positioning of their product while running the campaigns.
The name - PURE GLAM - was chosen as it resonates with the brand’s essence. Delivering Clean, Honest & Nourishing products hand-made with love.
